day 18 – a song that you wish you heard on the radio

How much time do you have?

Because I have a lot of responses to today’s challenge.

I know it’s all up to when the artist releases the song and whatnot, but if I had it my way, they’d keep ’em comin’ so we don’t get so tired of the first song from the album that we decide we don’t want to hear the rest of it.

That said, I wish the radio played more Adele, Sara Bareilles, Kings of Leon, Mumford & Sons, Cee Lo and, oh, I don’t know – Old Crow Medicine Show?

Or maybe I’m just not listening to the right stations.

But one song I wish I heard on the radio is a little old school. It’s been in a bunch of movies and it never fails to make me smile and sing along when I hear it.

It’s “Somewhere Over The Rainbow,” by Israel Kamakawiwo’ole.

Love it. And it never gets old.
