You know how there are those songs you hear and are like, “This describes my life/situation/day perfectly”?
I’ve had plenty of those. Depends on the day. And the drama. Ha. But I’m not picking one of those because none really screams “LAURA” or, ya know, Leezy or Lo or something like, remotely close to that.
What I think works for today’s assignment: Day 15 – Song that describes you, is the only song I’ve ever heard of about someone with green eyes.
And I have ’em.
And they’re beautiful, as has been told to me by many a random person, including the lady who did my pedicure this past weekend.
Besides a video, I’m posting the lyrics to Coldplay’s “Green Eyes” below, because I think it fits. Because like the song says, I have the rare and exotic and beautiful green eyes. Plus the girl he’s singing about sounds like a catch. Which I also am – but more on that later.
